The staff here is always lovely, the selection is great, I always find what I need and often a few things I don't that I'm excited about.

Unexpected surprise in my order. I thought that a store associate made a mistake and put an item in my order by mistake. I called the store and conveyed my concern to the owner. He laughed and told me that the item was a gift. A gift label was not placed on the item. So I thought it was mistakenly placed in my order.

It's such a happy store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the other customers are happy. The selection of products for birds and fun gifts is awesome.
