The store offers a lovely and interesting shopping experience. It is beautifully merchandised, and easy to navigate. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They are always approachable and willing to make suggestions.

I feel the staff is always very knowledgeable about any birding questions I might have and there is always plenty of products to choose from. I do miss the dinner bell feeder and would buy another if that were offered again.
