I had never been in the store before, but my husband has gotten into birding, and has purchased from the store. We received a postcard with a coupon and information about bluebirds on it, which is what prompted me to come in, since my husband likes bluebirds. The staff was super helpful in walking me through options about different types of feeders and food, and helped package up a feeder for me for his birthday. Amazing customer service and product selection.

I have been shopping at this store for years. Started going there when you were in Millis and followed you to Franklin. I have only once had a problem and that was taken care of very quickly. I now have my seed delivered to my home and the gentleman that delivers it is so helpful and friendly.
