Very helpful and friendly staff; excellent selection of bird seed; pleasantly surprised to receive a small gift for renewing our membership.

Store was clean and well stocked. Great variety of products and choices. I like that some of the merchandise is clothing, home decor, etc. as well as the actual bird feeders, seed, and other "supplies". Also, I use a cane for support and the person helping me walked my packages out to my car.

Quality of bird/squirrel food. Not dust-filled or dirty. Always carries the seed I'm looking for. Gift selections are wonderful!

Every time I shop here everyone is so helpful and they remember me. We discuss my birds and what I do to attract them. It helps me improve what I do to take care of the birds who come to my yard.

I love to browse at the selection of merchandise when buying the bird seed. Usually wait for coupons and advertised specials to make my trip from Attleboro worthwhile.

First, the product quality is excellent. Second, the staff were very nice and quite helpful. One person, Qui Yan?, was super nice. When she didn't know or wasn't sure, she asked Yoko, who was also super nice and knowledgeable.
