Excellent product and timely delivery. When I leave a special can out to receive the delivery of bird seed the driver s always careful to lace the order inside. If no can outside the driver Carrie’s the order to an area near the entrance to the garage. Always delivering within three days of order placed. In addition the Franklin store has made free repairs to several of my “squirrel proof” bird feeders that were damaged by raccoons or squirrels. This is a wonderful service.

Everyone is always pleasant, friendly and helpful when we pick up our order.

The man who helped me was wonderful. He answered all my questions and helped me decide the best/safest way to hang my blue bird house. We decided on a pole. He even gave me extra screws to attach the bracket to the house.

It’s the only place to find the products they carry in the area. It is nice to see some of them in person. There is always someone to answer questions or help make choices
