Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I go there a few times during the summer to get my life mealworms for my bluebird babies. I appreciate the fact that they have the life worms and was told that they just break even because shipping costs are so high.

I enjoy shopping at WBU for several reasons. I feel the most important reason is due to the staff. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I also enjoy the variety of items in the store along with how the products are displayed. Lastly I love the membership program, it's so much better than some others out there and it's reasonably priced!

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm new to doing anything bird related, so it was a great boon to have staff there to answer and questions I had and tell me things I wouldn't of even thought to ask! Will definitely be back

It was my first visit, my daughter gifted us feeders from the west Warwick RI store which she loves and goes frequently! This store is closer to us and I was greeted like family!
