The staff is always helpful, responsive, very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always well stocked which is important because we live a little bit away and a return trip to replenish our supply wouldn't make us happy. The store is very clean, neat and inviting. All in all it is always a pleasure to visit the Franklin store.
