The store is wonderful! The staff is wonderful! I love you visiting and shopping. Store is a little distance from home. So that is the only reason don't go as often. But it is worth the trip. Each time I have interacted with staff which has always been great!!

I noticed the store while driving in the complex. Knew I wanted to go back. Just moved to the area! So excited to have this retail store here where you can see, touch, look at all of the items. Store was so much more than I thought it would be!

When I have gone to store people were very friendly and knowledgeable and that is why I am coming back.

I am a regular customer and Every Time I Come In the staff here make me feel welcome, go out of their way to offer suggestions and assistance and are just a delight to interact with. I can tell other customers are similarly enjoying their experience. The store itself is exceptionally well stocked and arranged in a pleasing manner than draws you in to see what other tempting items are tucked here and there throughout. My birds totally love the quality of the seed and suet and I am blessed to watch them knowing I’m providing nourishing food. Thanks WBU Franklin!

The staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was in store with my family on Mother's Day and received a Mother's Day discount!

Jim is knowledgeable and was a great help and a pleasure to deal with. We bought our first feeder , brought it home and Within an hour, we have had a steady stream of visitors, mostly goldfinches. We are joking we may not be able to afford this new hobby as the are eating it at such a fast rate. LOL😊. Thanks for the help.

The saleswoman was very helpful in helping me start my new hobby. Gave me good advice and told me things I did not know which,as a result, changed my original plan and help me to do things which are better for the birds.

Beautiful items! My mother is a huge bird lady especially hummingbirds and they had so many things to choose from and the lady who helped us was wonderful.
