I am extremely frustrated that I can't buy online from Wild Birds Unlimited, but that I have to search from store to store to see who has what I need. And that I can't use bonus offerings online. There is no "Wild Birds Unlimited" and there should not be a web page for a non-existent company. I am searching to find a new source for bird feed and accessories. After all, since I need to go through multiple places now to get what I need, there is no point paying a premium for what I thought was a single point for everything I needed.

All the sales personnel were so friendly and happy to help. And I think I got the best bird feed at Wild Birds. I feel it is better.

I'm confused I did not answer any questions saying I was not satisfied, on the contrary I love Wild Birds In Franklin, Ma. - The staff is awesome, very friendly and welcoming.

I had received a 20% discount coupon. Since the bird food is very expensive I was happy to receive the coupon. However when I was at the store I was told the coupon was not able to be used with the member discount. I didn’t save any more than I would have without the coupon. I felt it was a bit deceiving especially since membership in this store is a charged “privilege”. Yes the coupon did say “off a full priced item” but I thought it would come off the full members price. think it was not a good promotion on your part. Very disappointed.
