Ordered two bags of No-Mess Blend 20lbs and two Nest Building Balls (and renewed our membership). There was no tracking email, the delivery was of one of each item and the bag of seed had a small hole in it (very little seed lost). Left a voicemail. Had a return call on Saturday, they straightened it out and promised delivery of the rest of the order on monday. Today's delivery was fine, no holes in seed. All good, could have been the work of a critter to open a hole in the first bag. All considered, quite satisfied with the experience.

Experienced difficulty at check out with using a gift card and debit card purchase. Had to see my card multiple times to get charged and then refunded...and it ended up double charging my debit account.

Oh...I wanted to find 1000 meal worms in a plastic tub but had to take 2 x 500 worms instead. I also find that recently the stock in the store has moved away from real bird people and towards bird giftee items. I can get THAT anywhere, I come to WBU for the high quality bird products.

I’ve been a long time repeat customer at this store. I’m also a member of the WBU buyer’s program. Pertaining to the last double points coupon, I didn’t receive it until the Tuesday after the weekend. I tried to redeem it, but was denied because the computer automatically applies it and the cashier couldn’t override it. I asked for an exception but was denied. They said I should have received an email. It turns out that my email address was missing from my profile. I didn’t know. While waiting in line, I heard another employee taking a phone order. It was obvious from overhearing the conversation, the customer on phone also received a late coupon in the mail. I overheard the salesperson explain that what was eventually explained to me but this salesperson verbally/manually gave a $50 discount. No discount wasn’t offered to me.

this was the first time ever ordering from your website and there was a problem with our delivery. We received 2 boxes with my address on the outside of the box on the same day. One box included the items I ordered. The 2nd box we received was not our order and had a different name on the invoice. Luckily that person lived in our town. We delivered the package ourselves to this customers address. Just wanted you to beware of the situation. Thank you. The birds love the bark butter!

The merchandise itself is wonderful. I don't know when the delivery was made today, but there was no doorbell ring and I have know idea how long my order sat out in the open before I went outside and saw it. The driver should ring the doorbell to let my know my order has arrived.

I was very disappointed to find out that my membership was not valid at other locations. I definitely would not have paid the $25 to just shop at one location. I travel frequently and would prefer the option to Gain points and use coupons at all locations. I understand you can do online shopping but I like to Shop in person and be in the environment to view products and ask questions. Would not recommend this program to my family friends or colleagues. Thank you.

Drove 20 miles to get Naturally Nuts NO Melt suet and nothing available. Guess I should have called first. Won't make that mistake again
