Do not feel there should be a charge to join the loyalty program

Store was out of the size pepper cylinder that I routinely use.

Tried to order online but website would not accept my $5 birthday coupon (code BD1). I then called store to place order by phone and was told the coupon would be applied to my order. Picked up cubside order and drove home to find receipt make bo reference to $5 discount. That is why I am not highly satisfied.

I absolutely love the store I just had to wait a little bit longer than I wanted to to check out only because another person was very talkative not a bad thing but that's the only reason why it's a survey isn't 100% thank you I love your store

I feel the prices are quite high for the products I purchase. No hummingbird nectar for over a year.

I enjoyed the store and the employees were very friendly. I didn’t have a long time to look around but will be back someday.

It was good but feeders and food are a little high in price

OK -- I was highly satisfied with my visit. I just don't believe in rating 100% unless it was exceptional. It was a pleasurable experience.
