I don't think you should be charging for joining your loyalty club. I believe a better option would be a free membership, with a sliding discount based on annual purchases

Your prices are very high...I like the idea of a rewards program but I am highly insulted that you would charge for loyalty.Frequent customers should be rewarded without a fee.Also I am a senior and was not asked if I needed a hand with a25lb.bag of seed

I did it online. It was a good process. Find prices a bit higher than a hardware / dept store. Delivery was fantastic. Received it the following day.

The prices are just REALLY high for feeding wild birds. I would provide food to many more species if the products weren't so expensive! It's sad that I have to wait for a deal to properly feed the starving birds. I can see making the items expensive, but the price of the bird food can come down some...

You did not have a "bird" calendar this year. For many years, I got the calendar and gave it to a lady in the nursing home. This lady passed away. I was looking forward to using the calendar this year. I do, however, understand that, with the virus, things were all upset and you didn't order in time.

I had forgotten my Bird Bucks receipt and was told that the credit is not in my account, I need to have the receipt with me to redeem it. It’s disappointing that the Bird Bucks are not tied to my account to be used anytime.
