You're just very expensive. Feeding birds is becoming an expensive hobby and it shouldn't be. Your food and merchandise is over the top expensive on top of a yearly membership we need to pay too. It's just dissapointing.

You should be satisfied I am satisfied. Being highly satisfied, to me, indicates something was exemplary. This visit was quite ordinary, just as I expected. If anything, I was not asked if I was a Club member. I usually am, but was not this time, although I thought nothing of it until you asked this question.

these surveys are getting old. Prices are on the high side. Do not like to pay extra to get discounts as your membership requires.

the store itself was fine, it is the quality for the product that disappointed me. the dripper mister was $90.00 but came with a cheap plastic connector for the faucet that made me suspect. As I found out it leaked like a sieve unless the faucet was barely turned on. Not going to work. I then purchased a brass fitting to use instead. this worked perfectly and should have been part of the product in the first place rather than a cheap substitute.

it's my first time to buy merchandise and i like this place so much selection i bought a bird feeder but i just realized when i got home i checked my receipt, i got charge more than the sticker price can i adjusted when i will go back there, i keep my receipt, and the sticker price still in the bird feeder.

Felt like I was clear I was in there to buy something, felt like I had to ask all the questions vs staff engaging. Overall helpful, but I had to ask the questions.
