I have been a member for a few years now and just found out they had my email address incorrect on the computer. I never received any emails. Also, the 'special' flyers that are sent out don't give enough time to use. they have to be redeemed within a week.

The store sold out of the bird seed that I usually purchase, however the clerk quickly recommend another similar seed that I'm happy with and I'm sure the birds will be happy as well.

Very expensive- the small member discounts are ok but hard to keep justifying anything other than specialty purchases. My local hardware store carries Coles and I get better rewards thru them
