I've been shopping at Wild Birds for awhile now and keep returning because of the wonderful service I get. The employees are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The setup of the store makes it very easy to find things.

The saleswoman was knowledgeable about the local birds on the video cam and we had a nice chat about the bald eagle I had just seen. Shopping here always make me feel like I belong due to the fervor of the staff. This is a lifestyle and not just a job for them.

Have gone in there often - found something I have been looking for for three years - a snowman face feeder. Two years ago, after Christmas, I went in but they were sold out. Last year didn't get there - stopped in yesterday and there was one left - very helpful saleswoman and a fun conversation about people who collect snowmen (and we don't love squirrels)

I always find what I’m looking for. The seed quality is exceptional. I enjoy chatting with the staff for advice and local information on our birding experiences.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and generally good variety and quality of bird food. I know the staff and owners and have been shopping with this particular group for 15+ years. I always take advantage of membership special sales, bird bucks and other promotions because without them the prices would simply be too expensive.
