Since we started feeding birds, the folks at WBU have been very helpful. They helped us get started and are available for questions when we've had them.

Every time I go in everyone is helpful and friendly, they answer all of my questions if I have any. They always make great recommendations and direct me in the right direction.

The staff at this store is incredible!! Everytime I go into the store I am always warmly greeted and asked if I need any help. They also are very knowledgeable about this amazing hobby !!!

Whenever I go to this store, the employees are always friendly and helpful and today was no exception. I also was able to see the store kitty today - sometimes she's not available. I enjoy looking at the other merchandise at the store when I come to buy seed. The merchandise is moved around too. It's not always the same old thing (place!).
