I always ind what I want and the staff are extremely helpful and Friendly.

It's always a lovely experience coming into the store - the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, the good-natured staff, the high quality products. Been a customer since the mid-90s and will likely be lifelong.

The staff knows me by name and they are always so pleasant to me, they are also very knowledgeable.

Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful..can't say enough! The reason for 1 "satisfied" answer was due to the attachment hooks on the feeder poles slide down the pole.

I found my item in the very location I expected it to be, so it was easy to make my purchase. The clerk suggested that I leave the 20 lb. bag where it was and get it on my way out so I wouldn't have to carry it any more than necessary. She pointed out the survey to me. It's good to have a way to "earn" a small price reduction on my next purchase.
