The staff is always friendly and helpful. The products are good quality and I enjoy all the nature-themed accessories, in addition to the bird feeding supplies. I really appreciate receiving a free gift when I renewed my membership. And my kids love to pet the kitty!

The staff is so friendly, and the benefits of the membership are so worth the cost. Products are high quality. This is one of my favorite small shops to visit.

I drive 20 miles to frequent this store. All the workers and owners are extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They are the reason why I bought membership to the CLUB for the past 2 years. I was disappointed, however, in the Hot Bark cylinder that I purchased this and the last time I bought it. The squirrels love it. In the past the squirrels did not like the hot cylinders. This new product does not work.
