Wild Birds Unlimited staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. My husband has an account with WBU. When I placed my order online I added a note asking if my purchase could be added to his account. WBU gave me a call to let me know that the purchase would be added to my husband’s account and that my purchase price would be modified to reflect the account savings. I also mentioned that my purchase was a gift so they put everything in a sealed brown box to keep the items hidden. I have truly enjoyed every interaction I have had with the folks at WBU whether it be in the store or on the phone.

It was easy. I found what I wanted on the website. They were in stock. Came when it was supposed to. My hummingbirds love their feeder! I'm going to buy another one.

The online ordering and next day delivery was better than expected.

The staff made the whole experience very easy and quick. Placed my order over the phone, processed the payment and picked it up within 20 minutes. It doesn't get better than that. I do look forward to the store reopening so I can browse.
