The saleslady was great. She helped me decide which hook would work for a hummingbird feeder to fit on the feeder hook for the larger birds. And she provided a mask for my friend who left hers at home!! She was very pleasant, too.

The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. The seed I buy is right there in 20 lb bags and the clerk carried it to my trunk. I renewed my membership while at the store and received a gift! Can't ask for more. The store always has what I need.

The employees at this store are always helpful and extremely knowledgable. the store always seems to be well supplied as well. Checkout was quick and easy. We went to purchase several different types of birdseed and a bird window alert. We were in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes....OUTSTANDING!

Always excellent service and high quality merchandise. Finding the merchandise online was a tad difficult. My problem, I didn’t know how the merchandise was identified.
