As always, we were greeted and offered assistance and this is what we've come to expect at Wild Birds Unlimited.

Extremely satisfied. Staff is always super friendly and engaging. I had a very damaged bird feeder and they suggested I bring it in for a repair. I was overwhelmed with their ability to fix it - it looks brand new! This is my go to store for all my bird needs. Outstanding service!

People are very friendly polite and accommodating

I went there for a certain item and since it takes me 35 minutes to drive there I always look around and ended up buying the Stokes field guide and a Butterfly guide and Bark Butter tubs and got a suet feeder too.

Easy of ordering and quick delivery.

So many great items! I went in for birdseed and came out with lots of things. Staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Just what you want in a store experience. I also felt very safe. If I lived closer I’d shop there more often. Very happy with products purchased.
