I went one Saturday, bought 1 item, went back the following Saturday and bought 4 more items for Xmas gifts. Waiting on the weather to set up a bird, bee, bat sanctuary. I learned so much from just 2 visits. Thank you!

The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. I the quality of the bird seed is better than any other place I've purchased from over the years.

Hard to comment much as purchase was only a gift card for someone else, which was MAILED to them, not delivered. But the people in the store went way above and beyond to help me, make suggestions for delivery of the gift card, and wrote a personal message along with it to explain to my giftee. And then, even sent me a note along with the invoice. Amazing experience and employees, in my first interaction with them. Huge incentive to become a regular customer there. :)

It arrived really fast, and the delivery person followed Covid protocols.
