Excellent service, when I order online for delivery, if it's within store hours, they ship it that day. They use UPS, and I usually get it the next day! I don't like to drive much anymore, so I love that I can get free delivery with order over $75. I think the food is pricey, but I know it's quality food, so I pay it. The only reason I said I wouldn't recommend this store, is because I don't know anyone else that feeds birds, so I have no one to recommend to, otherwise I WOULD! Love this store, will go there once in awhile, but I'd rather have delivery...
