I paid for my membership. Does it offer any other benefits then a reduced price? A flyer would have been nice. I just like to support the store because they are always SO nice and the seed quality cannot be beat. My friend almost fell over from the cost of the no mess seeds I get. I explained that almost all of the seed gets eaten and I've never had it sprout.

"highly satisfied" is a very high bar. The high cost of most things in the shop is the biggest factor in my rating.

Butter buds large bag was not available. Smaller bags have larger buds and small birds have trouble breaking buds in their beaks

Rarely give out top scores because there is always room for improvement in any business. I was a loyal WBU customer in San Diego & will continue here in Olympia. Thanks for being an awesome store for all our feathered friends!

The gentleman who rang me up didn't smile, didn't thank me. He was efficient, but I guess I'm used to friendlier people there.

The only reason is because there were no hummingbird feeders and heaters. I know that is no fault of yours. I always enjoy visiting your store.

Really love Wild Birds Unlimited in Olympia. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My only frustration is lack of availability of some merchandise. Not the fault of the store and I imagine the staff are as frustrated about it as I am.

Not sure I understand this question. I was totally satisfied with my experience. Have bought your products for years, love my bird feeders, one I have had for years.
