I have shopped at this store since the day they opened. Old owner and new owners are fantastic people. Staff has been there a long time and so friendly and helpful! I love shopping there!

I felt that answers to my questions were answered with a thorough response and with genuine interest.

I only chose 'Satisfied' over 'Highly Satisfied' because of the extremely limited selection of tchotchke type items (bird figurines, art, yard spinners, etc.), which is typically what I'm looking for when I go to this store. I've shopped here 3 times in the last 10 months, and I've never walked out of the store without making a purchase, but this time I had to purchase items I've purchased previously, just in a different color. So while it's very likely I will go to the store again, I feel like I've tapped the selection, and next time will probably need to go elsewhere to spend money, if the selection hasn't changed.

I never rate any store at the top. Always room for improvement.

I didn’t find some items I was looking for.

While the clerk was efficient I didn’t feel it to be a warm experience. Pretty robotic. Almost like he wanted to get rid of me as soon as he could.
