I've been shopping there for years and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Since the pandemic, I've been using mostly delivery and Dave always gives me an accurate time frame and puts the products against the garage door where they are fairly well hidden until I can get to them.

I had been in the store the week before and knew I wanted to purchase a ceramic koi fish. I was able to use a 20% discount. The staff was friendly and the store is always clean.

I have been going there for the past 9 years and they are great. I have tried other places to buy my seed but they are the best.

We haven’t seen this quality of service and products in 18+ years. We shopped at Backyard Birds and found higher prices and lesser quality products. Thanks for having what we needed!!!

You have seed for every type of bird. I have several types I feed. You had the mix I needed after personally viewing all the varieties. The gal with the cat mask was not only adorable but made my experience wonderful. Thanks everyone.

Friendly helpful cheerful staff

I love this store. They are always friendly, usually have what I need and can offer other options if needed. I always leave feeling that I have gotten what I needed and sometimes something I didn't know I needed
