They were very helpful for what we needed .... bought a pair of binoculars ... he was wanting some for awhile, and she spent the time to tell him about the different ones and the best one for him and what he wanted to do with them. Showed him how to use them and it was a good price.

Everyone is always friendly and I found the food and items I was looking for. In addition, I had a few questions and they were all answered. To top it off, they carried the seed out to my car for me. Love this store!

Francoise and all the staff are wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We love visiting and sharing bird stories and seeing the merchandise as well as the staff.
