Great experience. I wanted to start feeding birds but didn’t want to make a big production of it. Can’t remember her name, but the young person who helped me was very knowledgeable and quite personable. Directed me to a suet feeder and suet with peppers in it

Everything I was looking for was in stock, the website has great descriptions and pictures and is easy to use. I had to call the store initially to find out what email address I had signed up with and he was absolutely pleasant to talk with. My order was delivered to my front door within an hour!!!! WOW!!! So pleasantly surprised!! Telling everyone what a wonderful place this is. Thank you!!

Knowledgeable staff, great selection, and clean store. I loved being in an environment with fellow bird enthusiasts where I could get my questions answered and share my backyard birding experiences with people who actually enjoy hearing about them.

The staff is unmatched anywhere else. I love the selection. I buy Silver Forest jewelry every time I receive a 20% off non-food coupons in the newsletter. Over the years I have quite the collection. I love everything about your store.

I went in there basically clueless about what bath, feeder, seed to choose and the employee was VERY helpful while also being the opposite of a pushy salesman.
