Store was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly but I thought that the prices were a little too high.

The employees at the store in Olympia are ALWAYS friendly, wonderful listeners & have so much knowledge. I feel as if I am visiting real friends when I shop there! Please give them all a bonus 😁

I have been shopping at this location since the week it opened. I have always been pleased with it.

Found exactly what I needed. Salesperson was very helpful and friendly. I also purchased an item I had seen previously and had been thinking about but not planning to purchase. Salesperson gave me a 20% discount that had, only minutes before my visit, been emailed to me. Not having read my email, I wasn’t aware of it. I was very pleased. Have to say - I never go into WBU without buying something. Simply love that store. I shop in the Olympia WA store.

From the phone call to the delivery, it was seamless! They even delivered it the same day!

Customer service. Small store. Many bird-related products that most stores do not carry.

I love this store, it’s the only store I look forward to going to. I said I wouldn’t recommend it in 60 days, or visit in 60, because I stocked up for longer than that! And don’t know any new birders to recommend your store to.
