I am always satisfied!! Sometimes the product I want is not in stock however staff always tells me when they expect it. I love my WBU store!!

I enjoy shopping at a small business that specializes in wild birds. The store manager opened up 15 minutes early after noticing that a customer was waiting outside. That’s good business. I happened to be driving by and noticed the lit open sign and bought hummingbird food since I was on that side of town.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, quality and variety of merchandise. It has been fun to watch the birds overcome their inherent caution and enter the caged feeder. We'll return to buy a second one.

The staff are always super friendly, cheerful and helpful. They truly make you feel like family. I used to buy peanuts from Amazon but find shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited worth the drive.

My local WBU store (Olympia WA) and it's employees are awesome. My concern is with WBU at a corporate level and your being able to keep up with customer needs in terms of stock.

Francoise is highly experienced, knowledgeable and so customer-friendly.

I just love this store!! It is so fun and it has such cool stuff, I want to buy it all! I have been able to buy so many gifts for friends and family! The people working there are always so helpful and knowledgable, my favorite place to shop!!
