As usual, a satisfactory and pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, helpful, and informative, and the shop is fully stocked with everything one could possibly need (plus some). The customer service is excellent and I particularly appreciate the staff's knowledge about birds in general and what's going on with them locally.

Always a great shopping experience

I purchased a wind chime for my friend. Francoise was very helpful with my purchase. The price was the same as at Bark and Garden but I used by my Bird Bucks so that was nice.

I like the folks in the store, the seed and suet is good (though they were almost out of suet the other day). It’s always a friendly place to go!

Always friendly staff, they know us and have our account ready for checkout when we are ready. Always willing to chat, always offer to carry bags to car. Although we live in DuPont it is worth the drive to West Olympia to shop here!
