Francois was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as always! In order to fulfill my order she suggested a substitute product that I had not previously tried and adjusted the price to match the item I had asked for which was out-of-stock.

It is very easy to order online and the shipments always arrive within two days. I appreciate the ease of ordering and the fast delivery. I live too far away from the WBU store so this is the next best thing to being there in person. Thank you!

Everytime that I come in, I am always greeted by a friendly staff member. If something is missing on the display floor, staff is happy to look in back for it.

I’ve patronized this store for years! Love the staff, although I miss staff that have moved on or taken a position not serving customers in the store. Quality business and products!
