Friendly staff, specially Francoise (?). One younger man that works there is not very friendly like the rest (no talking, no smiles) and one time I ordered the No Mess and he just grabbed one of the bags, the wrong one and loaded it in my car.

The staff at the Olympia store are friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick a suet feeder and the appropriate food for the time of year and the birds I'm hoping to attract.
