Staff does a nice job

The staff were friendly and provided good service. The young man serving me went to the back room to pick up the two boxes of suet I purchased. (I'm going through a suet block every day!) He followed me to the door but when I got to my car I was alone. I walked back to the store and found that one of the boxes the server picked up was not what I ordered. They didn't have enough of the suet I ordered so we agreed on a substitute. The staff even made a mistake into a good experience!

I received the shipment the day after I ordered it! Tape was loose and a suet pack was missing. I called and it was sent out right away!

I’m always greeted when I come in the door, I’m offered assistance if I need it, they bring up the merchandise quickly and they offered to cure it to my car if needed.
