I’m always greeted by staff when I enter the store. They are always willing to help if I have a question.

The store employees were extremely welcoming and ready to answer all of our questions. They offered suggestions for what we were looking for, but also were not pushy and allowed us time to browse and discuss amongst ourselves.

Ernie is the best asset the store has. He knows my name and as I visit the store and other customers come in, he knows their names as well. The prices are higher than other stores but The Wild Bird store has much better quality.
