The store was clean and well stocked. Staff was pleasant, and I thought the value received was excellent.

The merchandise is unique and attractively displayed. The staff acknowledges you immediately upon entering the shop. The staff is helpful without trying to oversell. A friendly welcoming experience to shop there. You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs. This shop and the one inside Sandhills is probably equally distant from my home. While it is easier to access the shop from the Sandhills store, the staff and management make all the difference in the Beltline store, enough for me to switch where I purchase my birding supplies.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. This store is conveniently located, has ample parking, is well-stocked and gives a cheery appearance, and is always clean. We almost never order in advance because they have what we need right on the spot. Great store and experience.
