I love shopping at this local store and you are always so kind and generous and knowledgeable with me. As a budget shopper, it pains me to spend double what I can pay elsewhere, but I know the quality is higher and I love supporting such an excellent product and wonderful people.

They are so helpful and knowledgeable. I learn something from them everytime I am in the store. I have 5 bird feeders. My friends know what to buy me for birthdays and Christmas. Great store.

The staff are always exceptional friendly and helpful. It is obvious that they are bird lovers. The product I need is akways available and I greatly appreciate the occasional coupons emailed to me.
