The staff at Wild Birds if very friendly and knowledgeable. I always have a few questions and they are right there to answer them. Never had a bad experience there The person who helped me was Joel. The owner Phil is also very helpful

Great customer service. He had 1 seed cylinder on the shelf in hot pepper but he quickly went in the back room to get another for me that had just come in. Quick check out and offered to take my items out to the car for me.

The store wasn't really open when I arrived, but the owner let me in and got me what I needed so that I wouldn't have to make another trip, saving me gasoline!

I’m a first time birdfeeder. The employee that waited on me taught me a lot about what I needed to do and how to appropriately set up the feeder for success, while avoiding squirrels.
