Sorry to say they needed to ration he bird seed and seed cylinders I was wanting to purchase due to supplier issues. I live over an hour away and don't get to Rockford very often so try to stock up when I do, but I was not able to buy more than 1. Sad world we live in right now.

I asked questions and it semmwd as though the clerk got up on the wrong side of the bed. In the past both the gentleman have been helpful and courteous. Not so much my last visit.

The problem was me. I left my debit card on the checkout desk. Within a few minutes I received a call from the staff. They were on top of it. By the time I returned they had already put it in the safe.

I have been doing business with this store for over 15 years. Since the new owners took over last December it has gone down hill steadily. They seem to only want to sell high volume items and are stocking less and less of the specialty items. Two of the things I have been purchasing over the last 15 years are the Choice Blend 20 pound bag and the Shelled Roasted Peanuts split in 20 pound bag. Today I was informed that they do not stock the Shelled Roasted Peanuts split in 20 pound bags. I have put up with the fact that the new employees do not seem to know their products and there is a lot less of the specialty items but if I cannot get my main 2 items at this store they I am wasting my time going there. The old owners had an email that they monitored and if I was looking for something I would email them and get an answer within a day or two. These owners do not monitor that email and if they have a new one they never told there customers and least not this one.
