This store’s staff is extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. They are a great resource for current information about birds in general and our local bird population in particular. It is always a pleasure to shop here.

The staff is very knowledgeable with everything in the store. They do not pressure you to purchase anything. They tell you about any deals. I had a great conversation regarding birds, bees, and other nature species.

The male salesperson (don't recall his name) was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was the only customer in the store, so we talked alot about the right type of seed, etc., and also about the Rockford area. Thanks to him, I also went to another local place called Chocolat by Daniel and had a great experience. (I had heard negative things about the owner and customer's experiences, so I stayed away.) I spent $150 at WBU and $75 at the chocolate place, lol. He volunteered to carry my purchases to the car in the extreme cold.
