Friendly and knowledgeable staff, variety of quality products,good layout

I am in the store every week and Michael always greets me wi a big smile and "Hi, John!". My wife is the official feeder of birds at our house and insists that only WBU food will do. Michael always remembers what we buy and carries it out to the car for me (I am an older person).

Staff is friendly and helpful, Shelves were well-stocked, always tempting to buy more. staff always helps me take purchased to my car.

Love the friendliness of the people, especially Carl and Linda. The staff is always professional, helpful and makes one feel welcomed inside. Inside the store makes me feel happy!

I have been going to this store for over 20 years. I have known Karl and Linda for ovr 15 years. Old friends.

I live far from this location now but if I am in the area I always stop. They have the best selection of seed and product around. You can join a frequent buyer club. The web site is great. They’ve always had cool events planned. I am always asked if I would like help to my car with seed. I love this store. And Linda is a delight, always. Karl too!

I knew the items I wanted and Michael was very helpful finding what I needed and made good suggestions to my questions. I also found good holiday items on sale and purchased a regular priced item I could not resist!
