Staff was friendly and helpful and provided me with relevant information to help me make my purchase.

This is my favorite store in Lexington. These people KNOW their birds and they love them (and my critters) like I do! I will always get my seed and peanuts from here.

Love to shop in this store. So many items. Everyone always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Someone always carries items to car for me. Have never been disappointed or dissatisfied in this store.

Excellent staff and great products.

The friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff educated me on which foods would be best for my unique interests and attract specific types of birds. I could purchase similar items at another retailer, but WBU has expertise that’s invaluable - plus a gorgeous store to browse in!

Love WBU for its staff, esp Ashley, Chris and the other wonderful people who make my shopping seem like a visit w friends. I order online and when possible go to the store. Always found the staff to have my best interests in mind. Couldn't have made it thru the past year wo birdwatching and having supplies on a regular basis. While all the staff is excellent Ashley remains one of my top staffers for her going above and beyond on delivery and customer service. Everyone else does too but Ashley has earned a place in our hearts:) TY

Staff is always attentive and goes out of the way to make customer service a priority! So thankful to be able to go back in the store. I love this place and so do our birds that visit us.
