Anytime I get my bird seed etc from WBC I know the service will be spot on. The shop itself is beautiful. However, the staff also makes the shop even better. No matter what my question is (I have even called the shop with a bird question) I receive the correct answer in a courteous and friendly matter. This purchase was done by curbside pick up Of course, no problem. My order was ready and the staff promptly brought it to my car. I drive from the other side of town to shop at this store, by choice.

I love the Wild Birds store in Lexington. And I live in Frankfort KY where there is another store. Not saying the Frankfort store isn’t nice, but I started at the Lexington store and just love it. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been enough they all know my name. And will that is a small thing, being recognized means something. The store is always full of very cute things and always has their bird seed products in stock.
