The staff is very helpful in answering questions and helping me take my items to my car.

WBU in Lexington is staffed with really friendly and knowledgeable people. I brought my feeders in for the cleaning and bought some bird food while I was there. It's always nice to visit the store.

Not only is the quality always high, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered online on a Sunday and fully expected it would be sometime in the following week when I would receive the order. Within hours someone appeared at my door with my order. It was the hottest day of the year and she was out delivering heavy bags of bird seed. That's dedication to their customers!

I have visited this store on numerous occasions and am always greeted and the staff is very helpful. They even carry your purchases out to the car for you. I enjoy going into the store to see what new items have been added. It is a happy place to visit and I am always excited to get home and start feeding my birds.
