In the summer we buy safflower and I forgot this. We purchased deluxe and supreme as usual. I was told how much we needed to spend to earn bird bucks. I should have been asked if we wanted to purchase safflower this time.

I ordered online and was shorted one section of pole. I called immediately and spoke to an employee who promptly apologized and assured me the replacement part would be delivered I am waiting for it’s arrival.

Because I cannot wear a mask I shared this upon checkout. I was made to feel that I was unwelcome and thought to be a threat to the health of others there. Ridiculous!! I don't even want to return.

I am a person who does not enjoy shopping....at all.....accordingly, most of my shopping is done online. Our Lexington Wild Birds Unlimited store is the exception to that rule. The staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. That, paired with the great product and interesting inventory, causes me to actually enjoy shopping there. WBU is on the opposite side of Lexington from my home and office and their prices are higher than their competitors. But it is well worth the drive and the money for a superior product and superior service. Keep up the great work! Thanks, Donna

I want to be able to physically do my shopping. I am sick to death of this nonsense.if one is not comfortable with people in public , by all means stay at home. I on the other hand, have a god given right to live my life.
