Renewed club membership but didn't get the discount, had to call store to check on it, they issued a store credit but should have have given credit to my card instead of using my money until I need more merchandise.

I really did not understand why we could not go inside the store to shop. I would have purchased more products. I was shock that they only offered curbside service. I understand we are trying to be very safe. But I thought this was a little over the top. I would of understood a limit of people inside. It is not like a Walmart. 😏

The lady in the phone was short & acted mildly irritated when I didn’t know specific names of items. It’d be nice to receive something that told what items are available & price so a customer could be better prepared when calling.

I understand your rules for wearing masks and 6 feet distanceing. The atmosphere was very unfriendly and I do not plan on shopping at your store until there is a change.

I've had my bark butter log out for 3 days and so far not one single bird has come to the feeder. I'll give it a week and if nothing comes I'll take it down and try again in the winter. Every video I saw of someone with bark butter had birds show up as soon as they put it out, so as you can imagine I'm not happy.

they only allowed 43 people in the store. That could have alot more peoplein it even with CDC guidelines.
