I actually already recommended to store to two neighbors, who were interested in the bark butter. I found out about it at Floracliff Sanctuary, where I have been participating in their feeder watch. Both White Breasted Nuthatches and a Brown Creeper were feeding on it. (BROWN CREEPER, YAY!!!)

The online ordering wasn't very smooth. It kept making me sign in to account for the Lexington store.. some of the problem was probably me, but I've never had that happen when I've ordered online before. it was frustrating, but I persevered and succeeded!! Hopefully, next time it'll work better.

I did not have any issues to complain about. The store and staff met my expectations. I was satisfied. It would have to be amazing for me to put highly satisfied. So not really over the top,but just fine.

I have been to the store in Lexington twice. The first time was with my whole family (including my children) and the second time was alone. The first time was not a good experience. The staff member that assisted us when we walked in proceeded to follow us around through our visit, WAY too close. It was clear she was following us to make sure our kids didn't touch too much. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I decided to come back and give it one more try -- largely because WBU is the only store of its kind in our area and I wanted to shop in person and not online. THIS time I was treated beautifully. The girl who helped me patiently answered my questions, walked me through the store and showed me a variety of products. I even purchased a membership. The Lexington store not to judge their patrons by their appearances. My young kids were well behaved during our first visit, and both my husband and myself were watching them the entire time we were in the store. We want to encourage our kids to care for wildlife, as well -- so it's important that young visitors to stores like this are treated well.

We are not happy with the feeder we bought. A feeder that squirrel cannot get too, but we have not had any birds we have had it for 1 week.
