I requested 20 lbs of no mess feed. They were out. I suggested I get 2 10lb bags. I was charged for the 10lb bags. Not the price of a 20lb bag. I questioned the charge and was told “it’s what’s in the system.”I’ve been buying from this store 20 plus years (when it opened which is probably longer than 20) my favorite employee is Chris, who’s brother was the first franchise owner). I pride myself on supporting my local retailers.. However common sense and loyalty of a customer are also important..I checked and Amazon Carry’s No Mess bird seed.🤪😝 Decisions

Staff was wonderful. There was a limited selection of the windchimes I was looking for.

I was satisfied! I was surprised that the selections were limited but after talking with the store personnel I then understood why. The quality and simplicity of your feeders is excellent. Combine that with the lifetime warranty and I was sold. Quality product and excellent results!! Thank you

While all employees are always very friendly, they tend to not give the customers any breathing room, because they follow each customer closely, and watch every move made. My husband and I are regular customers, and would love to not be made to feel like shoplifters.
