I always get expert advice from the salespeople at WBUL. They are always able to answer my questions and make suggestions when I need them. They have helped me solve several issues with birds and critters in my yard. I really like this store!

I regularly shop at Wild Birds for my bird food. I also have found them a good source of cards, coffee and bird related items. I have never had an issue with them and found them to be helpful.

As always, the people there are very kind, very attentive, very helpful. They seem to always be able to answer questions we have. They are very willing to answer questions. They will regularly let us know about special events and special deals coming up in the near future. Always a pleasure shopping there.

when i am worried about fewer birds at my feeders, they let me know why this might b e happening. it's always good to talk about bird behaviors and preferences!

Staff is always friendly. You see the same smiling faces each time. And...the are very competent and helpful.

The staff are super friendly and knowledgable. Prices are a little high, but I enjoy watching the birds and squirrels, so I don't mind paying for a good product that I know is healthy for my wildlife.

I started visiting this store in the summer. I had just started feeding wild birds and wasn't particularly satisfied with the seed I purchased at big box stores. Too much waste. I decided to try WBU. From my first step into the store I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. The staff member spent a good amount of time answering my questions, offering advice and talking about different products I may want to try. I found seed that I like, and more importantly, the birds like so my wasted seed dropped to almost zero. My seed bags last longer and that is great. I must mention the great quality of the seed, which is so different than what I had been using. We attending the raptor presentation and had a great time. We learned so much about the raptors in this area. It was great to see this birds up close. This store is so great and has super employees. Well done!

Limited Selection of rain covers for bird feeders. I am interested in wider coverage at an affordable price.
