The staff are very knowledgeable about birds and the products they sell. I’m new and not very experienced with birding. They listen to my questions and offer solutions to problems I’m having with feeders, food, etc. Everytime I go in the store, they educate me on some aspect of bird behavior, food preferences, identifying birds, etc.

The people are always so nice and very helpful, but without pressure. It's a very convenient location for us.

Always someone available to answer Questions and make suggestions. They always carry my purchases to my car. The employees are always friendly and greet me when I come in the store

Even though they know me and I always get the same things, they always ask if there is something that they can help me with. The staff is very friendly and the last time I was there they introduced me to their new employee. I am always helped with carrying birdseed and honestly I think that they would help me to take anything out to the car no matter how small. I always appreciate that they offered to carry my bird seed bags out to the car for me, every time!!
